Chris shows you how to leverage emotional scenarios such as a need for closure, commitment, positive and negative reinforcement, and breakage into your designs to affect someone's capacity to change their behavior and act in certain ways. He also explores the moral ramifications of such emotional manipulation in user experience and design in general.
